Bl 24 .75 25.13 Providnt Cus Cus tricting and open enrollment, bus 1 previously watched the Cardinals assassination of President John F. Kennedy, has been suspended for 30 days without pay and transferred from Dallas to Kansas City, Mo. The Times Herald, In copy-righter story, said the disciplinary action came on orders from the Washington office of J.

Edgar Hoover, director of the FBI. J. Gordon Shanklin, in charge of the Dallas FBI office, declined comment. The Times Herald said that "unimpeachable sources" reported the suspension and transfer were a direct result of the Warren Commission's criticism of the FBI in its report on the Kennedy assassination. Before the report was published, Hosty had been on probation 90 days, but with pay, and had received a letter of censure.

Hosty and his wife have eight children, the youngest a year old, and are expecting a ninth. The Times Herald said three other Dallas-based FBI agents have received letters of censure since the Warren report was made public. The newspaper said two weeks ago that Hosty's supervisor had been demoted and an agent in New Orleans given a disciplinary transfer to Springfield, III. Rather than take the transfer, the New Orleans agent, with 22 years' service, retired. Hosty was an international security expert who had served in Dallas 10 of his 12 years in the FBI.

He was assigned routinely to investigate Oswald. Testimony before the Warren Commission showed he did not talk to Oswald but on Nov. 1 talked to Mrs. Ruth Payne, who had taken in Mrs. Oswald and the two Oswald children.

Mrs. Payne told Hosty that Oswald lived In Oak Cliff but she did not know the address. She did tell Hosty that Oswald worked at the Texas School Book Depository. The commission report said Hosty called the depository Nov. 4 to confirm that Oswald worked there.

On Nov. 5 he talked to Mrs. Payne again and that was his last investigation before the assassination. 9.72 Am Mut 10 28 11.23 nreyfus 21. 4 7 23 Ml B2 2 4.19 26 39 Puritan B3 17 81 19.43 Putnam B4 11 112 12.02 Put (irth 16.35 text- 5 transportation programs, 1 vii itur piaj'cu inc game and discussed big league players.
