April 13, 1975 ST. LOUIS POST- DISPATCH Interstate 270 in Creve Coeur. The 6000-square-foot building, designed by Earl A. Fey, architect, is scheduled for completion late this year. General contractor is Emert Contracting Co.

The library is the first building of a master plan for campus development that will provide facilities for a student enrollment, faculty and staff more than double the present size. Future construction is to include a chapel, classroom and administrative buildings, additional support buildings, drives and parking areas. The school is the official seminary of the Reformed Presbyterian Church, Evangelical Synod. ad SEMINARY BUILDING: Construction of the J. Oliver Buswell Jr.

Library has been started at Covenant Theological Seminary on Conway Road at area real estate notes MRS. CAROL M. THE REAL ESTATE Board of Metropolitan St. Louis has announced that enrollment remains open for its two sales- courses are designed to qualify candidates for the Missouri license examination May 19. One course will be held on Monday and Thursday evenings from 7 to 10 starting Monday.

A similar course meeting on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. will commence April 19. Those interested can call the board at 727-2400 for more information. MISSOURI REAL ESTATE SCHOOL will conduct Saturday and evening classes starting April 22 and 26 as preparation for the May 19 Missouri real estate salesman license examination.

ROBERT KARSTNER, executive vice president of the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers, will be the speaker at the April meeting of the Southside Real Estate Salesmen Association.
